Thank you so much Hotel Pinc. We have so much fun staying in Gensan for Batang Pinoy. 12 days staying at your hotel feels like home away from home. Everything was like living in my own province with everything around me. Thank you Jun and everyone that helped us felt safe and welcomed. The kids have so much fun in the pool. The coffee shop is exceptional. The service was great. My kids and their hotel friends were a bit noisy but still they manage to be nice and jolly. The bar and resto was 10/10. Foods are the best! Service was excellent. Me and my husband has our fantastic date while the kids are busy in the pool or in the coffee shop. Its sad to say Goodbye. Hope to see you all again.

The AC was exceptional

Oli jopa yllätys, että suihkusta tuli myös lämmintä vettä.

Huoneessa oli paljon muurahaisia mutta ne vaelteli pääasiassa katon rajassa eivätkä haitanneet liiemmin. Kun kerroimme tästä vastaanottoon, he eivät tehneet asialle mitään. Wc:n oven kahva ja lukko oli myös rikki. Melkein joka aamu ja ilta meluisa ympäristö.

I like the location, the soft bed and AC room. My son had fun in the pool.

Some concerns regarding the bedding and towels provided. The bedsheet, towel, and comforter have an unpleasant odor, almost like a musty or "kulob" smell, which makes them uncomfortable to use. Additionally, the towel feels rough with some pilling and also smells quite old. The restroom doorknob is broken.
