The property is well located across SM Savemore. There are also several food options around the area. Also near a gas station if you need petrol. There is also a cafe within the vicinity which serves good coffee.

Room - some facilities in the room are broken / not maintained. Toilet is small and bidet was next to the door which is not a good idea as it blocks the door. Breakfast - staff asks for order the day before and come tell you the next day that they ran out. So what’s the preorder for? Also, service is slow, claiming only 1 staff working. Parking - the hotel has a venue open for public. If there is an event, party guests use the same parking spot as the hotel guests. Pinc Hotel should to priority to hotel guests.
