Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Hotel schön gelegen am Strand, Zimmer sind sauber

Das Personal sieht teilweise sehr gestresst aus und es wird gesagt das Deutsch gesprochen wird und dann soll man Englisch sprechen. Leider ist mein Englisch nicht so gut wodurch es kleinere Probleme gab wo aber trotzdem zur Zufriedenheit gelöst werden konnte..(Probleme bestanden nur beim Mittagessen und Abendessen ) , Condor ist super.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und die Lage war perfekt. Das Personal war stets freundlich und sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen waren sehr lecker mit viel Auswahl.

Alla mia richiesta di emettere fattura per l importo pagato nel momento della prenotazione on line , mi é stato riferito che loro non fanno fattura ma é booking che deve rilasciarla. Ho insistito ma non c'è stato verso non hanno rilasciato fattura.
