"Krásné místo, příjemné ubytování, fantastický personál"

Snídaně ne moc bohatá, ale dostačující, pravidelně doplňované. Neskutečně příjemný personál, paní recepční, pan číšník, na Špindlerův Mlýn klobouk dolů. Velmi příjemné ubytování na fantastickém místě.

Nemám úplně co vytknout, snad jen neupravené ledové plochy v okolí hotelu, které ztěžovaly přístup k ubytování, ve finále to bylo ale docela komické pozorovat všechny kolem, jak bojují s chůzí.

Hotel byl v dobré lokalitě, hned u zastávky ski busu. Pokoje byly čisté, ale lehce zasmrádlé. Snídaně dobré, jen skromnější výběr.

Matrace by mohly být měkčí. Nefunkční fén.
