Room was spacious, clean, quiet and temperature comfortable.

Spacious room and bathroom. Plenty of wardrobe space and good size balcony.

No mirror apart from bathroom one meaning standing in a steamy bathroom to style my hair. Meanwhile my husband was waiting for his shower. Distinct lack of electric sockets. Just one in the whole bedroom. Rubbish selection of tea/coffee. Didn't like the fact WiFi only available if you input passport number in addition to email address.

Great location! Fantastic place and great breakfast! Amazing roof top bar and jacuzzi tubs.

All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but finding a table difficult. Dinner pretty much the same.

Access to rooms very poor, steep slippy slope or lots of steps. rooms dull damp and smell fusty, furniture old and broken, bathroom very dated with broken old tiles. We are elderly ( 70's) and booked this hotel on its 4 star rating and good reviews, I think the room we had would rate at 2 star not 4, the staircase is very narrow, making it impossible to carry luggage up to the bedroom, also stairs had been refurbed with a strip of wood on every step that is a trip hazard. I think the hotel should recommend that these rooms are not fit for the elderly. Also the patio door in the bedroom did not lock and leaked badly I got up one morning to stand in a puddle of rain water. I was told the main building was much better. we had bad weather resulting in Adult pool areas's being closed causing overcrowding and no sun beds available. I know the weather is beyond control but there just was not the facilities to cope with extremes resulting in very noisy overcrowding areas.
