The location and ammenities available on the propery were great. The outdoor and indoor pool/wellness center were great additions especially for families with kids. The staff is extremely helpful and kind!!

The only thing I didnt like, were the rooms not having air conditioning. The rooms can get warm during the heated days.

We had a really nice stay at the hotel. The reception staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful ( especially the guy checked us in) , and the gentleman working at the pool was fantastic. Breakfast was another major highlight—absolutely delicious every morning!The only minor detail was that service from some of the other staff members felt a bit inconsistent; they were very nice at times but felt a little unfriendly at others. It wasn't a major issue, but worth noting. Overall, it was a lovely experience and we would happily return!

Zimmer war okay mit Balkon. Frühstück reichhaltig

Achtung : Längere Liste ! Wellness. 50 min - 12 €, Innenpool und Sauna. + 2.5 € Badekappe Aussen im gemeinsamen Waterpark mit Nachbarhotel gleicher Preis, ohne Badekappe. Schließt beides um 1900. Wir haben um 1800 eingecheckt, also kein Poolerlebnis. Frühstück wie gesagt okay, aber 3 Damen incl. tobenden Chef machten ein Riesenchaos. Um 8:20 schon fürs Mittagessen eindecken ??? Abendessen : Lt. BOOKING a la carte. Nix da : Menue für 40 € /pP. Besser in eine ortsansässige Pizzeria laufen. Da wir 2 Tage gebucht hatten, wollten wir der Reinigungsdame erklären unser Zimmer nicht zu reinigen. (2x Helme Motorradkombis, 5 Taschen ...) Zu Spät !!! WÄHREND unseres Frühstücks hatte die Dame das Zimmer unter Wasser gesetzt und um unsere Sachen drumrum"gewischt" Nachtrag : Betten ! Achtung, die harten Stellen aus den Matratzen sind Stahlfedern ! Im Schrank liegen Topper .
