Não há palavras para me expressar,o quanto foi ótima nossa estadia no Chales Poly,estava tudo perfeito. A recepção deles foi ótima,muito prestativos e sempre disponível para ajudar em tudo que precisava, tanto que a proprietária foi super prestativa, e me ajudou a fazer uma pequena supresa para meu esposo,ela me indicou algumas pessoas que fazia algumas coisas que precisava.(por ter sido aniversário dele a semana que estivemos la). Ela deixou tudo arrumadinho,tudo lindo de mais. Foi perfeito. Obrigada Polyana e família.
