Loved the location. Beautiful.

My only complaint was that there was no washing up liquid, which made doing the dishes a bit harder.

I had no idea how stunning the estate was actually going to be. The grounds were stunning (even though I didn't get a chance to fully enjoy them). Redwood itself was so beautiful and spacious. My family absolutely loved our time here and we all want to return soon.

Absolutely nothing. The grounds, the peace and quiet, the home itself were all so beautiful and our host was so attentive and helpful, even with my stupid questions.

Idyllic setting, picturesque rural outlook, the property has Toorongo river running through it and double glazing so it is nice and quiet, eastern rosellas and galahs visited trees in front of the cabin while we were there. Easy access to Toorongo and Amphitheatre Falls, Noojee Trestle Bridge, good coffee and cakes at Neerim South and nice Wine and food at Noojee, Neerim South and surrounds. Nice gas log illusion fire and hot tub on enclosed deck with a view and large picture windows looking out from the kichen meals area. Plenty of space for a couple or family. Well stocked cutlery, crockery glassware and cookware. Microwave, oven and refrigerator worked well. Comfortable bed, nice warm doona and top blanket which we used on the couch to snuggle up and watch TV. You can sign into your streaming accounts easily on the Smart TV so it's like a home away from home, only better. Variety of Teas and Macona coffee, sugar, milk, oil for cooking and salt and pepper provided. Nice quiet refrigerator.

There was some maintenance which needed doing to the gooseneck tap in the spa. A better outdoor mat from the deck which catches the Acacia blossom when it falls so you don't tramp it in would be good. It could have done with new mats on entry and less worn mats on the floor. When we arrived we needed to relight the pilot light and read the instructions inside the metal access plate at front of the fire; and use the damaged remote someone left on the gaslog fire to make it go. The remote needs replacing and it would be good if someone had checked the pilot light was on and the fire could be operated by remote, as the air conditioner wasn't warm enough and seemed to blow cool air, even though we waited for it to warm up, had it on the right mode and it was set to it's maximum of 86 degrees Fahrenheit (30 degrees celsius). The couches are a bit low and a bit worn and will need replacing soon. The window winder in the meals area near the couch needs maintenance or replacing. Screens on the windows might be needed to keep out flies in Summer. One snuck in but we showed him the door quickly.
