Demasiado enfoque al turista alemán, aunque la mayoría de los huéspedes eran alemanes deben de atender al 100% de los huéspedes con sus peticiones. Solo música y enfoque de diversión para ellos. Regular ese aspecto

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, gibt sich Mühe und man fühlt sich willkommen. Die Anlage ist ganz hübsch gemacht.

Es geht absolut gar nicht, dass nicht daraif geachtet wird, wie Menschen ins Restaurant kommen! Morgens musste man schon sehr alle Augen zukneifen, aber abends ging das gar nicht mehr! Wie respektlos kann man sein? Kurz Hisen, meist Badehosen, Flip Flops, Muskelshirts, die Frauen auch halbnackt und das Personal interessiert es nicht. Es wird gedrängelt am Buffet, Zangen werden nicht benutzt (vor ein paar Jahren wurden man von diesen Leuten angeschrien, wenn man aus Versehen die Maske vergaß) und es herrscht purer Egoismus und Ignoranz, ganz speziell ältere Herrschaften. Warum wird hier auf Masse gesetzt? Auch das Essen - es hat großes Potenzial, aber anstatt weniger aber dafür hochwertigeres Essen anzubieten wird hier rausgehauen und lieber weggeschmissen. Die Säfte beim Frühstück ist Brausepulver. Und, wie kann es anders sein: am frühen Morgen werden Liegen am Pool reserviert - ab 8 Uhr eigentlich keine Chance mehr! Viele sind auch so dreist und gehen parallel an den Strand (dort geht es übrigens weiter - auch dort ab 8 Uhr alles reserviert) - leider auffällig wieder älteres Publikum. Egoismus und Ignoranz scheint besonders in Mode gekommen zu sein. Für 300 Euro pro Nacht erwartet man soetwas einfach nicht. Das Hotel hatte nach der Renovierung und dem Umbau echt Potenzial und sollte wieder anfangen aufzuräumen! Mehr dafür Sorge tragen, dass die eigenen Regeln (es stehen sogar Schilder bezüglich Liegenreservieren und Kleidung im Restaurant) wieder umgesetzt werden und das Klientel wieder auf eine höhere Ebene bringen.

Bath room very small and especially Toilet seat facing the sink you can’t sit comfortably to do your business. Toilet needs to be turn around 180 degrees facing the shower better space to sit comfortably and do your business. Shower bar was broken and shower handle is loose. Needs fixing.

Highlights: • Exceptionally friendly staff • Chef Oscar’s outstanding attention to gluten-free needs • Peaceful and quiet atmosphere • Excellent location just two streets from the beachfront promenade • Safe and welcoming for solo travelers After extensive research, I chose BQ Caballero because finding a peaceful and quiet hotel was very important to me, and it exceeded my expectations. The hotel is wonderfully quiet, especially on weekdays, while still being only a couple of minutes from the beautiful beachfront promenade. It is close enough to enjoy everything, yet far enough away that traffic noise is never an issue. As a solo traveler, I also felt very safe here, which contributed to restful nights. Throughout my stay, I noticed many other women traveling independently, along with older couples and families. The atmosphere is calm, relaxed, and welcoming. I saw only a few children, and they were well behaved. My room was comfortable, and I especially appreciated the ceiling fan. The staff greeted me warmly each morning and evening, as well as throughout the day when I came and went. If you are gluten-free I recommend messaging the hotel before you arrive so that they are prepared. Chef Oscar was very kind and attentive to my gluten-free needs. He took the time to give me a personal tour of the gluten-free options to ensure I had safe and delicious meals. The grounds are beautiful, with palm trees and lovely Tipu trees with yellow blossoms, creating an inviting Mediterranean vibe. I wholeheartedly recommend BQ Caballero and look forward to my next stay.
