Très bon buffet et personnel très agréable.

Schönes Hotel, tolle Poollandschaft, gutes Essen, gutes Personal und saubere Zimmer

Zimmer waren sauber, funktional aber recht klein das Personal war jedoch sehr bemüht und freundlich schöne Poolanlage

leider war das Abendessen nicht zu empfehlen im Hotel. es gab zwar alles an internationaler Küche, aber die warmen Speisen waren alle kalt und damit nicht gut. das Buffet war mehrheitlich durch die vielen Gäste sehr schmutzig und wurde für meinen Geschmack zu wenig sauber gehalten vom Personal. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung aber auch kein Highlight. das Personal war jedoch sehr bemüht

Nice facilities, always space around the pool, good breakfast offering, we were in a newer room which was nice. Close to bus stop into Palma and restaurants/supermarkets. Overall, a great stay.

You have to pay €10 pp for a towel deposit at the start of your stay, which isn’t bad in itself but when they refund you at the end of your stay they do so in cash only. Not helpful for us when going immediately to the airport. There are also no water filters anywhere to refill water bottles. The pool bar food isn’t great.
