El personal encantador. Nos acogieron muy bien, muy muy agradable. Nos recomendó actividades para hacer por la isla, tours organizados, vida de noche, nos guío y fue una anfitriona espectacular.

Nada.

Nada doq está nas fotos, é real. - Acesso a pousada muito ruim. Muito longe. Muita Ladeira. A localização horrível. - Chegamos e colocaram a gente no quarto que não reservei, com a desculpa que "erraram". Com isso, demoramos pra fazer o check in, e perdemos metade da manhã, e dos passeios que faríamos no dia da chegada. -Área externa da pousada com muito cheiro de coco de gato. -Muito cheiro de mofo na suíte. -Muita bagunça na área externa. Nada parecido com as fotos. -Banheiro sem box, com aquela cortina de plástico. Sem o deck pra separar a água do chuveiro (toda vez que a gnt tomava banho, a água escorria e tinha q puxar com o rodo depois). De resto, não voltaria. Experiência péssima. E o custo foi muito alto. Esperava mais! Decepcionante!

Nada. Tengo que destacar la actitud del personal que nos devolvió lo abonado inmediatamente.

El estado en general. Las fotos no reflejan el estado del inmueble. La habitación que nos asignaron estaba en malas condiciones.
