A TV would of been nice

Location. Remote. Peaceful. Cosy. Perfect weekend away for a couple. Hot tub was amazing!

Chairs were not comfortable maybe a small two seater sofa would be better.

It was a great place to stay, with a lovely hot tub, a new experience for me and my wife. Location wise, it is quiet and peaceful, quite away from the main street and town. It is good for those trying to tune down from the urban area. The room, kitchen and shower room are perfect, nice and cosy. The decoration is just nice and sweet. Hot tub is the main thing that I enjoyed the most, super cosy and relaxing even in the cold weather. Especially in the morning and sunny day, it was such a great activity during the stay, we enjoyed so much on the hot tub soaking with birds chirping around. We were happy to receive the welcoming basket with juice, eggs, loaf etc. Utensils are well kept and fairly new.

Overall it is a good and lovely rural stay. Cannot complain any more, but a few things that could add into it include: hair dryer, slippers (floor is a bit cold), shower room mat. Also, WiFi connection could be improved, we hardly get any connection to internet. In a way it is good for guests to tune away from technology and outside connection, but it was hard and challenging for me and my wife to search / plan for following journeys (as we could not even search for nearby restaurants or attractions).

The hot tub and the board games were a great touch!

Lodge was very clean , welcome pack was ideal and a great touch , we ordered extras which were in the lodge when we arrived , hot tub was great

We went in Feb so was dark early our fault ,would be nice to explore more in Summer as we didn't find much around
