Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient for my business needs and for travelling around the Ramstein area.

The only aspect that could be improved concerns security. The side entrance door was repeatedly found unlocked, even during reception closing hours. This could allow access to the property by individuals without a room key or proper authorization.

Nearby restaurant was the best

Hotel is strongly outdated. Breakfast is weak, rooms are unnecessary big with no carpets and quite old washrooms.
