SlumberLodge Hotel

Although the property was one of the older ones on Lakeshore, We found it to be well renovated and very clean. We will stay here again when visiting Penticton. P.S. Fantastic location for walking the Beachfront, Gardens, Parks, Cafes, Restaurants and of course, Breweries.

I was not expecting much; this is a very old motel, so I was presently surprised at my kitchenette, king size room. Yes, it smells a little musty, as do most old motels, but the bed was clean, the bedding comfortable, and given its location on the lakeshore, relatively quiet. There were drips of soap and conditioner running down the bathtub (so I wondered why they hadn't been cleaned--but I have see much worse--and it didn't trouble me). All in all, I would choose to stay there again.

The bathtub cleanliness, and the top of the stove fan (which hadn't been cleaned for a long time).

Location, price, friendliness of the lady at the front desk to accommodate my requests.

Pillows, like a lot of places, where either huge or very hard. Get quality pillows or a variety. Also I think the HVAC system was behind my room so it had a loud hum all night long which Disturbed my sleep. Let people know this if they are sensitive to noises for sleeping.

The location is amazing.

The view and the friendly staff.always serves with the smile.

No AC in the bedrooms

The staff are friendly and helpful, for example accommodating us with early check-in as advertised in welcome message.

The hotel is ideally situated close to beach and local eateries. Park and forget your car as everything is within walking distance.
