Yummy! Gorgeous location! Stunning sunsets!!

Emplacement absolument fantastique, en surplomb d’un méandre de la rivière. Grand et beau restaurant bien décoré, avec une terrasse époustouflante qui offre une vue dégagée sur la rivière et des arbres gigantesques peuplés de nombreuses espèces d’oiseaux, dont toucans et vautours. Un singe hurleur solitaire basé dans les arbres au-dessus des cabanes et du mini-golf. 2 grandes piscines. Accueil chaleureux, personnel attentionné et souriant. Le restaurant offre de très bons repas, à bon rapport qualité-prix. Nous avons loué un canot pour remonter la superbe rivière. Nous avons pu observer 2 groupes distincts de 6 à 8 singes hurleurs, avec de petits bébés, perchés dans les branches de figuiers directement au-dessus de l’eau.

À mon goût personnel, le matelas était trop dur, mais pourrait très bien convenir à d’autres.

We knew it would be down an undeveloped gravel road but some people may not like that. But not a problem if you took it slowly.

Beautiful grounds with lots of wildlife. The room was spacious and the bed big and comfortable. Water is filtered so you can drink it (unlike in most of the country). Pool are was our favourite spot to get out. We liked having access to a kitchenette. The staff here are really amazing and truly made our stay.

Kitchenette felt really old, it could do with a refurb. And despite having a stove, there were no pans to cook with. The restaurant food is good but we found it quite expensive. It’s also best if you have your own car as the property is at the end of a long dirt road, and the hotel will charge USD$10 for a one way ride to the local village (which doesn’t has much, but from there you can easily catch the bus to Belmopan, San Ignacio, etc. )

The highlight of our three night stay at Dream Valley Resort was the warmth of welcome by the highly attentive and accommodating staff. From the moment we arrived we felt at home. We were two couples traveling and our rooms were very spacious, well equipped and appointed, with gorgeous views of the nearby river. Dream Valley offers delicious meal options, and we recognized the exceptional value of this truly lovely resort. They are located near the Actun Tunichil Muknal (ATM) Cave, which is rated the number one archaeological cave experience in the world. Because Dream Valley is ideally located, we were treated to a wide variety of bird sightings, including toucans and parrots, a coati, and howler monkeys. Dream Valley is a real gem and we highly recommend it!

Dream Valley in Belize has been nothing short of magical. Surrounded by lush jungle, the experience feels completely immersed in nature — waking up to the sounds of howler monkeys in the trees and the peaceful rhythm of the forest all around you is something truly unforgettable. The ambiance is incredibly serene, the kind of place where time slows down and you can genuinely disconnect and recharge. Every moment here has felt special, from floating peacefully down the river tubing through breathtaking scenery to the unforgettable cave tubing adventures that felt both thrilling and awe-inspiring. Exploring the nearby Mayan sites added such a powerful cultural and historical dimension to the trip — standing where ancient civilizations once thrived is humbling and inspiring. Dream Valley offers the perfect balance of adventure and tranquility. Whether you’re relaxing in the calm jungle atmosphere or embracing the excitement of Belize’s natural wonders, every experience feels authentic and meaningful. We’ve had an absolutely incredible time and leave with unforgettable memories, gratitude, and a deep appreciation for the beauty and spirit of Belize.

The facilities was very nice. Location was excellent being on the river. Staff, cleaniness and staff were incredible!

2 complaints- The pathways are not paved so harder for older people to navigate. Also they were not well lit and for someone like me who has macular degeneration it was rough after dark,

Some issues with plumbing and such in the room but overall a great place. No tv in the room and a man sharing the other side of building scared us by banging on the door and yelling but overall the rest of the stay was great.

Beautiful location

Struttura splendida nel bel mezzo di natura incontaminata. Carmen e tutto lo staff rendono il tutto eccezionale. Torneremo sicuramente!
