The best & only good thing about our stay was the warm welcome we received from Rachel when she showed us to our room

The dirty uncleaned room with cobwebs, the wonky bed, the leaking shower, the gaping window with cigarette stubs on it, the paint flaking off the walls, the bathroom door off it hinges, someones dirty tshirt covered in dust in the wardrobe etc. etc. We didnt even unpack our clothes it was so dirty.

The location was good The room adequate but clean No breakfast was included in the package We did not experience any noise Car parking is in street so you have to look around

Need new mattresses If you were later than 10pm you had to use a fire exit at back of the building and it’s metal steps without lights needs lighting on the fire escape .?

Great location, friendly staff, comfy large room.

The shower went from hot to cold and the shower pipe needed replacing as it was firing water into the air.

The mattress felt and looked like it was 20 yrs old as sis the bedding. As it was midweek the pub where the accommodation was located shut at 8.30pm and wouldn't be open until 12pm the following day. There were no staff present during these times. The only heating on the room was via a broken electric heater. The jacuzzi bath didn't work.

Unfortunately no real ales or beers

Location was good Room was clean and comfortable Ideal for my one night stay Decent shower and overall good value for money

Having to use the fire escape to gain entry because the pub closed early but I was aware of this issue after reading other people's reviews beforehand Would have also liked breakfast to have been included but there are places you can get food in the morning so not such a big deal

The bed was lumpy & uncomfortable, room very dated & cold

Leaving and entering the building by the back fire escape . Was told once the pub was shut this was the way in .it was down a dark passage way around over flowing bins and up 3 sets of metal steps .not ideal for a single person (women) on her own. I came back early as I was fearful of doing this and gained entry via the pub . Was afraid the back door may be left open as it was open when I left . The room was clean and adequate for my nights stay
