Beautiful view. Truly stunning. Close proximity to town and Stegastein.

The property listed many things as ammenities. Within two days of check-in (after we could no longer cancel) we were informed of a plethora of additional fees if we desired access to advertised ammenities- including a fee to SHOWER and use the "common kitchen", as well as towel charges and linen charges. You had to fill a plastic container for water at night (ours leaked). Ironically, the water in the showers was COLD d/t small hotwater heaters (kinda stinks to charge someone for a cold shower, IMO). Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. Ultimately this is a very expensive campsite. Not impressed.

The location makes this place fully worth it. The facilities were great too.

The showers require coins to work, and I was unable to acquire any coins in town during my stay, so I had to go without showering.

Locatie was top.

Service en de “kitchenette”. Er lagen paar vieze messen in, plastic bekers met schimmel en het was incompleet. Toen ik vroeg aan receptioniste of ik even gebruik kon maken van de algemene keuken om even kop koffie te zetten. Zei ze: nee. Als je kitchenette hebt dan mag dat niet. Ik vroeg het nogmaals omdat er geen koffiefilter in kitchenette was en ik alleen keuken wilde gebruiken om koffiezet zetten. Is niet toegestaan was het antwoord. Verder was het algemene sanitair oud en erg summier. Ik ga hier niet weer naartoe.

Location was excellent

You pay a high price and still have to purchase the bed linen separately. On top of that, guests are required to put the linen on themselves, remove it before departure, and leave it sorted in a designated area near the reception. We were also short of one pillow case and didnt get help on time because we checked in later as the reception closes at 17. A lot of cabins, but only one fire place, but need to get wood yourselves. The toilet paper in the WC ran out and was not replaced. The same happened with the paper towels by the sinks in both the WC and the kitchen. There was no hot water in one of the women’s showers, and the men’s shower was out of order. Overall, the facilities and level of service did not match the price paid.
