Hotýlek je u řeky Malše, 1 km od centra. Apartmán (ložnice i obývací pokoj) byl čistý.

Hotýlek je před prodejem a tomu odpovídalo, že chyběly některé nabízené služby. K dispozici nebyl balkon, kuchyňský kout, mikrovlnná trouba, žehlící potřeby. Parkování v okolí je zdarma jen v noci a o víkendu. Během všedního dne se platí 30 Kč/hod.
