We liked the location of the accommodation and the facilities. Quiet area for relaxation.

The breakfast was poor, we expected more options and better quality . Unfortunately we didn't avail of the breakfast any of the days we stayed. Also, the screen balcony door couldn't close properly which resulted to be unable to use it in order to keep mosquitoes out. The cleaning could also be more advanced.

Unfortunately, the waterpark was not working during our holidays, and I was upset as I booked this hotel just for the waterpark. Would have been better to write it on booking the opening dates of the waterpark...didn't complain about as the child enjoyed as well using the waterpipe of the garden on the slides.....

The owners of this accommodation are genuinely wonderful; it’s a family-run business, and they kindly waited for us and welcomed us despite our late arrival.

I am truly sorry to write this, but I wish I had known a few things before coming here. However, while the location is perfect—right on the waterfront—the furniture in the hotel is quite old and definitely needs renovation. I find it hard to understand how those in the tourism industry don’t recognize the importance of updates; it can only enhance their business and would be a worthwhile investment. The biggest disappointment was the room, which had a persistent unpleasant smell of sewage. Another significant issue was the poor sound insulation. We were informed that the hotel accommodates up to 200 guests and that they cannot control other guests’ behavior. However, we have stayed in hotels with much higher capacities without experiencing such problems. The insulation is truly lacking; we could hear everything around us—the conversations, other guests snoring, water running, and even the sound of furniture moving—so much so that I personally struggled to sleep. The owners kindly offered to change our room, but we understood it would likely be the same throughout the hotel, and since we were leaving the next day, it didn’t seem worthwhile. We ultimately avoided spending time in the room, only using it to shower and sleep briefly. I genuinely regret having to write this, as I typically refrain from posting negative reviews. However, for around 250 euros for three nights, I expected better accommodations. This might serve as a reminder for the owners to pay more attention to the property—particularly regarding the furniture, addressing the sewage issue, and improving sound insulation—to create an ideal experience for future guests. I apologize to the owners once again, but as I mentioned, I wish I had read this before choosing to stay here. I wish them the best of luck!

Daily cleaning, everything is clean, delicious food, solid breakfast buffet. Everyone is friendly and kind. What I expected, I got. I like that the family part of the hotel with children is separated from guests without children (no screaming children).
