Excelente lugar para visitar la costa de cerca de la playa entre Pichilemu y punta de Lobos, muy cercano a locales comerciales, tranquilo y grato, el lugar es acogedor, muy recomendable.

La ubicación. La privacidad. La infraestructura.

El no llegar a la hora el aseo según lo indicado. La conexión con el 2 piso hace vibrar demasiado y tiene mucho movimiento en el 1 piso, y exceso de ruido cuando están en 2 piso. La puerta arrastraba el piso y entrar a hacer aseo sin los arrendatarios presentes.
