Very Cute little hotel very stratergic location. There's Water dispenser to refill my bottle with cute seating area in their garden. They have 2 fan rooms. And my room was the one that face the balcony. It has big window that i love. Very comfortable stay! The bathroom shared with the only other one room so its really nice. They provide very good scooters for rent with very good full covered helmet with very good price. But I got into accident and the scooter crashed and i pay for the damaged with very fair price (we find the cheapest price online for the broken parts). Alex is wonderful host. Ask him for tips around elnido and he helped me to find new accommodation in el nido centre when almost all places full booked because it was inconvenient for me to go to my next booked accommadation that is far from the town and difficult access to clinic and pharmacy. Thank you Alex!

Wash laundry in the bathroom is not allowed

Staff were really friendly and we were able to rent a bike from here which was helpful to explore El Nido more. Room was nice and cosy and in a perfect location for shops, bars and the harbour.

The WiFi didn’t work the best in our room, was better on the balcony

I initially wanted to leave a positive review, as the accommodation itself was fine and the staff were friendly during my stay. However, I unfortunately have to leave a negative review due to a serious issue. I rented a scooter from them, and after returning it and leaving, they contacted me and blamed me for damages that were already present on the scooter. Fortunately, I had taken photos and videos when I rented the scooter, so I was able to prove that the damage was not caused by me. The marks and scratches were clearly visible and should have already been known to them. It seemed like they assumed I hadn’t documented the condition of the scooter, which is why they tried to charge me. After I sent my evidence, they did not respond at all. Being wrongly accused and then ignored is very unprofessional. A rental provider should be fully aware of the condition of their vehicles before renting them out, instead of blaming customers for pre-existing damage. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend staying here, and I strongly advise against renting a scooter from them.

Hotel employees and hotel owners are very interested. We made tours and motorcycle rental. It is much more affordable than the prices outside. It is within walking distance to the bazaar in terms of location and is a clean business. We thank them all, it was on my list as the place to stay when I came back.

Felt very unsafe in the location, we did not feel safe walking to and from the property.

Honestly made our trip to el nido. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Helped organise tours and tricycle trips. The aircon was a godsend and slept so well. The area was peaceful and quiet with a beautiful little garden area where you could sit and relax in the shade. WiFi was great and managed to do some work in the garden with no issues.

Everything was perfect, no issues.
