La cena muy rica y el hotel muy acogedor. Los trabajadores amables.

Nice breakfast, friendly staff. Bedroom spacious

Clean, quiet and comfortable room. Very good breakfast. We also had dinner at the hotel. Food was excellent and portion sizes were generous. Friendly, helpful staff. Would be happy to stay again.

Would be easier if the front door key were a different shape or color.

It was closer to park entrances than Puerto Natales

The room we were allocated had a bathroom without any venting and the only way for smells to exit was through the bedroom. The window in the bedroom needed to be held open by a rolled up towel so there was somewhere for the smells to go.The window was a large heavy one that took the two of us to move . Its cables and counter weights were non existent. They offered to move us for one night but had to return to the old room on the 3rd night. When I went back to agree to the change , the other room had gone. They could not give us another room so we left after the first day of a 3 day booking.

La ubicación es excelente y el desayuno está bastante decente.

El baño estaba sucio y las habitaciones son demasiado caras para lo que realmente son y el estado en el que están. Las cenas solo están disponibles hasta las 8:30 pm asique si llegas tarde de la ruta de las torres es posible que te toque cenar en el hotel de al lado y son 35€ por cabeza.
