On 30 June 2025,I have made a single bed booking via booking.com then changed it to double paid and paid the amount at the reception of royal hotel,then after few days on 12July 90$ were again debited from my account,when contacted booking.com they wanted to have a confirmation from royal hotel whether i stayed there or not for that night,so that i can a get a refund but royal hotel didn’t gave a confirmation via E mail,

Didn't stay there. Room was fullybooked

Didn't stay there. When I try to check in the Hotel could not find my booking. Room was fullybooked. The staff was very helpful, after made couple phone calls finally found the room for me at other hotel and I have to pay more for the room at other hotel.
