Vanuit de Gondwana Canyon Lodge hebben we Fish River Canyon bezocht. Een prima locatie daarvoor. De ontvangst was super vriendelijk. De kamers (in de vorm van huisjes) waren ruim, mooi en comfortabel. We hebben ook een wandeling gemaakt met 2 vrolijke personeelsleden om van de zonsondergang te genieten. Superleuk. Ontbijt en diner waren uitstekend. Ook de bediening is top!!! Ik zou hier zeker weer naar toe gaan.

Lage - Service- Essen - Ansprechbarkeit des Personals - Hilfsbereitschaft - Sauberkeit - einfach alles. Und die Möglichkeit immer jemand zu irgendwas anzusprechen. Alles war perfekt organisiert bzw. geregelt. Top Top Top

Es gibt nix, das hier nicht gut ist. Sogar der Sonnenaufgang ist traumhaft auf den Steinen anzusehen. Und die Mitarbeiter sind so ehrlich freundlich, dass es sympathisch ist.

Le lieu: l'établissement est tres bien placé pour visiter le coin et fish river canyon. Le paysage tout autour magnifique surtout au lever de soleil, l'intégration des chambres dans ce paysage, les aménagements et l'espace, les buffets....

L'accueil "rugueux" n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur de tout le reste

"Stunning and Beautiful Complex"

Spacious complex tastefully laid out, comfortable chalet incl bed with mosquito nets, restaurant (buffet and à la carte) open 19:30-21hs, but come early, 10m swimming pool at stunning isolated location with views over savannah. Staff friendly and helpful. WiFi only at reception and restaurant. Internet also not available in the far away spread chalets. Tours: 4x4 selfdrive in Gondwana Park challenging to drive though worth while (counted 20 springbocks + 2 kudus) Guided Sundowner probably better in the morning and can be done easily as a selfdrive.

Replacement of buffet food sometimes a bit slow. So go early to the restaurant.

ubicación y recibimiento excepcional; la cabaña asignada no podía ser mejor! cama cómoda...baño súper. A la tarde hay una caminata guiada para ver el sunset con una barra móvil entre las grandes piedras: imperdible! Riquísima la cena y desayuno buffet: ambas de mucha calidad y muy buena presentación. Muy pintoresco llegar hasta la piscina...lo disfrutamos muchísimo. De noche vimos un órix merodeando...emocionante! Súper recomendable. Gracias por todo.

todo impecable. aunque no alcanza con 1 noche para disfrutar de todo lo que tiene este hermoso lugar.
