Beautiful location where you can see (but not hear) the lake and the happenings around it. The staff are sweet, generous and hardworking.

This property is located a short 15 minute walk from lake side, which makes easy access to the city, but still far enough away, that you feel secluded, and uninterrupted by the cities noises. The atmosphere is very calm and all the staff are extremely helpful. I had a wonderful stay!

Far from everything, hot shower did work only one time out of 2 days, food not much choice, had to walk 45' down the hill to get to town

The food was excellent home cooking. The location was off of the beaten path, but the staff provided, excellent, reasonable shuttle services to tourist spots.

The manager and his team are very kind! He picked us up from the bus stop and on the day we left he brought us very early in the morning back to the bus stop The food in the restaurant is very good!! 10/10 for that laundry service is possible at the property The room is cozy and equipped with everything you need The location is a bit far away from the town but you can walk (15min) or you can rent a scooter from the property (it’s cheaper than in the City) We enjoyed a lot at this place and would recommend this place for everyone

A peaceful haven away from lakeside. Though overlooking the lake you feel miles away and can completely relax, enjoy the view and surrounding village life, plus the natural pool is heavenly to bathe in and relax by, listening to the sound of the rumbling water . A very special and natural place .

Nothing. The location is extremely remote, and there's nothing worth taking all the pain to go there. Overhyped, not at all recommended.

Everything. 1. Highly unprofessional behavior from the owner; he cancelled our booking without any prior information (no call, no email, nothing). He is a greedy fellow and offered the room to whoever he was able to catch at a higher price. Despite the prior booking, by the time we reached in the evening, they denied the stay by saying that rooms are all full. Instead, he started blaming it back on us that Indians usually don't come here. Bro, who would come if you kept such a bad attitude? 2. Discrimination in staff's behavior towards Indians; they are only good towards foreigners. 3. The location is too remote; the path to it is extremely bad for cars. Our car got damaged due to huge stones and an unconstructed bad hilly steep road. They should mention it in their description that it's not accessible by car. By foot also, it's too far up the hill from Phewa Lake; the view is also not worth the hike. 4. Overpriced food and didn't help us despite his fault in not giving a pre-booked room. Recommendation: Avoid this place; it is an extremely bad experience to reach there. The lower price shown on apps is a myth; after reaching there, they'll ask for more money. There are a lot of much better options available near the lake itself. Still, if you decide to go there, I would suggest taking a rental bike from shops near Phewa first.
