Największym atutem jest spokój i lokalizacja domku położonego przy zamku.

Mrówki w kuchni, brak plyty kuchennej, co uniemożliwia sporządzenie posiłku. W łazience wyczuwalna wilgoć w powietrzu, spowodowana poprzez nieszczelny prysznic co również skutkowało mokra podłoga w łazience. Zdjęcie w ogłoszeniu nie aktualne, ponieważ z domku zamiast zamku widać ścianę długiego na 30m budynku postawionego zaraz za płotem posesji.
