Eventhough it was a shared bathroom, it was clean. Did not expect it

Staff are friendly

In the cottage room it is very hot. No ac only fan and lots of mosquitoes and ants, so we upgrade to room with ac with extra pay. There is no hot shower, no kettle for coffee

Clean, spacious room, friendly staff, decent food made to order.

Steps to reach the reception (although the view is worth it)

Near in benoni port.

It was hot, expensive for it's price, we can't sleep if we close the door in the terace. And next night there is a gecko lizard inside the room,

Location Cleaness (gecko & rat poop all on our bed) Our room was literally conected to the shared bathroom, under the same roof, next to our heads. So we heard what everyone went to do at the toilet and woke up when anyone in the place went to the toilet, we also had the pleasure to smell all their wastes. We ordered a pizza which was not even cooked Rat holes on the walls No toilet paper WC doesn’t flush We ended up wet when it rain because of all the leaks

Simple, clean, cheap

None. You get what you pay for.

The view, the hot water, the fan. There was a lovely young girl at the counter, called Michelle. She was so helpful and so pleasant to deal with. Full of great suggestions, She’s a real gem!

The water that they make available for you to fill your glass and water bottles had a very unusual taste and smell. Sort of like wood I highly recommend drinking bottled water instead of using that.

The view from our room was beautiful. Nice bathroom with the tub and hot water. Michelle at the front desk went out of her way to be helpful and informative. She’s a real asset to that place.

I got a little bit sick and I think it might’ve been from the water that’s in the big jug in the breakfast area. Play it safe and drink bottled water there. Everything else is fantastic. It had a weird wooden cistern taste.
