Peaceful, beautiful view, well furnished, great host

we stayed here 4days, everything was perfect, the property is much more prettier than pictures! landlord was super friendly and nice! he introduced us so many place to visit:) we will come back for sure!!

Incredible location, beautiful villa and outside garden and pool area. The host, Andreas, was extremely friendly and helpful and was attentive, but did not encroach on our time at the property, even though he lives below on the property. He also offers trips to the volcano, which is really handy, but we did not take him up on this on this occasion. The kitchen was quirky and there were certain condiments available, which was good. We also had a visit from Andreas' dog, Anton, and a cat, which is always lovely. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your stunning property, Andreas, and we will be back again as soon as we can.

The only things that I would personally change would be the comfort of the living room area. The settee is not very comfortable to sit on for a long period and we found that on the rainy days when we were at the villa, it would have been nicer to have a cosy sofa and chairs. The TV works, but only shows German programmes and Al Jazeera news in English, so again it would be lovely if there was satellite TV, so there was more choice of channels. Whilst we were there, we discovered that the washing machine was not working, but Andreas was not aware of this, so hopefully it will be fixed by the time next visitors arrive. The kitchen could also do with more crockery (we did break a plate whilst there! Sorry, Andreas!). The above did not affect our holiday at all, and we absolutely loved staying there. It just would have made things more perfect. The weather was changeable, so we didn't go in the pool.
