The team were wonderful and so kind to us. They accidentally upgraded us to the apartment room which was amazing. It had a little lounge and overlooked the property. It is a bit rustic but then thats what we expected. They allowed us to stay in the upgraded room for the whole stay.

There was nothing that I didn't like about the property. It was an amazing stay.

Amazing place with very kind staff. The owner and his guests were very nice to me. There are stunning views of rice fields just close to the hotel. The river, also next to the accomodation, was amazing and plenty of peace. Thanks Roberto for everything. 100% recommended:-)

The place was wonderful! Clean and beautiful and the staff was absolutely incredible. The food was fabulous, the ac worked well, and the hot water was good too! I was ready to leave a bad review but they stay made up for it and we were happy in the end!

There was some confusion on check-in and it was difficult to sort it out. We had to find the solution ourselves instead of someone offering one. The listing for the "Apartment Room" is very deceptive in "beds" provided. Two of the beds were just couches, outside of the AC area... one was actually on the outside porch... We ended up having to purchase another room for the night which made us very disgruntled as it was not in our budget (already for not a cheap stay) but we needed the extra bed. This is the only reason for the lower rating and it's a shame that the booking listing is not honest because if we would have been really happy with the whole stay.

The rooms are very nice, the staff very friendly if a little slow and not around during the night. Food was very good with an Italian note.

The location was a little off the beaten path and you had to hire a car to get to the interesting places . When we heard that they allowed four dogs in a room we had just vacated we were not so sure about keeping it as clean as it should be. But that was not our problem any more. There was no pool to cool down, but AC.
