We only managed to have one day here but it was one of the best places I've ever stayed at for many reasons but especially the kindness and knowledge of the owners and of our trek guide. It is well worth the journey. Everything was beautiful - the food, location, room, trek, communication with our host, travel organised for us, the wildlife, the stream.

Nothing for us. It was a fantastic experience. Some people might find the trek arduous though we, as a group of arthritic oldies,managed fine.

A unique experience to stay in a place where a waterfall is just 30 meters away and the rainforest, along with its diverse life, is right outside the window. We went on a 5-hour hike with a very knowledgeable guide and got to know various plants and animals. The rainforest and the hidden waterfalls were beautiful, as well as the complimentary fish pedicure. Our boys, aged 17 and 23, really enjoyed this wild adventure. It's entirely comparable to a similar experience we had in Costa Rica before. The hosts of the accommodation were competent and professional, the food was excellent, and the portions were generous. If you're looking for something special and haven't experienced the rainforest up close before, then go there.

This hotel was by far the highlight of our holiday, we stayed in the greenhouse room it’s just a wow 🤩 our hosts where exceptional and the food all home grown and home cooked was the best we’d had on our whole Sri Lanka trip. We did the rain forest trip while there which we highly recommend all organised by our hosts. It’s a 5 star stay from us and we highly recommend it and will be returning in the future .

The glass house was stunning. The food was fantastic. Swimming in the waterfall was fun and the guided hike through the rainforest was informative and beautiful. The couple running it are great and super helpful.

We booked the superior family room and it is situated directly in the rainforest, with a waterfall in 2 minutes walk. you can take a refreshing bath in the pools of the waterfall - excellent. The food is delicious, all herbs and spices they use for the food is out of their garden. The owner Janith is very helpful and made a jungle tour with us an also our 5 years old daughter could make the way - also with taking a bath in another waterfall. Janith knows many things about the animals and the plants inside the rainforst. They also provide leach socks / raincoats für the jungle trail - and you will need it ;-) If we come back to Sri Lanka we will definitly stay here again.

Very lovely and well equipped & clean accommodation in the rainforest next to the waterfall. The room was very big & comfy with a great view. The hosts are very nice & helpful and the food was really tasty! We enjoyed our stay there a lot & we can definitely recommend this place!

Unbeatable location next to an amazing waterfall at the fringe of the forest and the local village. Huge Blue Mormon butterflies drinking nectar from the beautiful flowers on the property.
