"Absolute disgrace."

Room filthy, cockroaches on the pillows, photo to prove, comings and goings all night, none of the staff spoke English. At 02.00 in the morning my driver gave up and went to sleep in his van. I have been using Booking.com for years for both myself and for work and this is the worst experience we have ever had. This place needs taking off your site. And this is the best thing I can say about the place.

Nothing, I suggest you make visits before putting them on your site. May be the last time I use Booking.com.
