We liked everything at the Mango tree Villas, the Villa, the surroundings, the swimming pool and especially the contact with Brian and Gail, always available if needed. Our stay was great. We even stay an extra night as we felt so well and relaxed at the Villa. It was easy to reach the property with a Tucson.

Serene, peaceful haven in the midst of tropical rain forest with beautiful birds, wildlife and Mountain View’s. Gail and Brian and the rest of the staff were wonderful hosts. The pool and yoga deck were glorious.

The hosts are wonderful folks. The villa and the surroundings are exceptionally clean and well maintained. The rooms had many more amenities than we expected, all superbly clean and in a great condition if not brand new. The decor is elegant and beautiful.

The hosts, Brian and Gail, are super friendly and very nice people to meet. They know how to find the perfect balance between being there for a nice chat or advice and giving space for some peace and quiet. The villas and facilities are very well maintained and everything has been thought about and taken care of.

That we didn’t see toucans each morning 😉 More serious, there was nothing that dissatisfied us.

Mango tree villas are not only the best place where we stayed in Costa Rica but one of best places we've stayed in, and we travel a lot! The place has this vibe that you really feel good, just want to stay and rest. From the yoga deck you see the nature around you, with the sea at the end of the valley... at sunset the colours are beautiful, the birds sing... you feel you're dreaming! The villas are very comfortable, good bed, excellent shower, nice kitchen and is absolutely amazing how they manage to have everything so clean! It seems everything is new! The area around the pool, which they call the rancho is super nice! Place to eat overlooking the jungle... well... I really recommend a visit because you feel what it is to live in the wilderness (green all around, tucanos in the trees...) but you feel 100% comfortable and safe The owners can't be more kind! Gale and Brian are super hosts! They go the extra mile to make you feel good

Everything was perfect

A lovely stay at Mango Tree! Brian and Gail made us feel right at home in their luxury jungle oasis! Perched at roughly 80ft above ground level, we enjoyed bird watching and the gorgeous view while sipping coffee at eye-level with the tree canopy. Very comfortable accommodations, great shower, great A/C- highly recommended!

Amazing stay at Mango Tree Villas. The owner, Gail is extremely welcoming and kind. The Villa was splendid, immaculate with everything we needed. Beautiful view on the tropical forest. Really nice swimming pool area with access to a fantastic yoga studio overlooking the sea. Highly recommended, a gem place to explore the local mangrove, Isla de Caño and the Parque Nacional Marino Ballena. Thank you Gail

Having stayed in several places around Costa Rica and the whole family agreed that this was our favourite. Gail was an excellent host and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare meals. The beds were comfortable and the AC and wifi worked well. The grounds were beautiful, we very much enjoyed the pool area. The breakfast was excellent- particularly the baking!
