Poas Volcano Observatory Lodge & Glamping

Ein tolles Erlebnis. Sehr netter Vermieter. Tolle Auffahrt mit vielen amüsanten Schildern geschmückt. Aber etwas holperig und wir fanden es nicht auf Anhieb. Man muss vor der Brücke scharf rechts abbiegen. Von unten kommend sieht man die Einfahrt nicht...

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt, den man nur empfehlen kann. Die ganze Anlage ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und in dem Glamping Zelt fühlt man sich sofort wohl! Tolles Erlebnis!!!

Het was een hele leuke warme ontvangst. Leuke hartelijke mensen.

Het was jammer dat het slecht weer was. Het is een heel leuk onderkomen als het mooi weer is. Maar met temperaturen van 12 tot 14 graden en flinke wind was het snacht een redelijk tochthok. Voorts wel genoten.

No nos dieron desayuno, pero en general el hospedaje estuvo muy bueno

Cuando yo reservé asumia que era un glampin y que incluia desayuno, al llegar nos indicaron que incluia desayuno y era una cabaña, no un glampin, sin embargo la cabaña tenia techo transparente y se veia el cielo y fue luna llena, todo estuvo muy lindo, apesar de los inconvenientes mencionados al inicio el lugar es muy lindo y agradable y cerca del volcan, de los pueblos y de Vara Blanca, muy bien ubicado.

Das Zelt ist sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle vorhanden. Frühstück wurde ebenfalls sehr liebevoll und schmackhaft von Eigentümer zubereitet. Die beiden Nächte waren sehr kühl, mit jeweils 3 warmen Decken und einem Heizofen war es machbar.

El personal muy amable. El dueño nos recibió muy cálidamente y nos dejó entrar un poco antes que se liberó. La vista es muy linda y el glamping muy lindo decorado y ubicado cerca del volcán poas

Hace mucho frío de noche y el calefactor no está incluido en el precio, debes pagarlo aparte. Tampoco había café en la habitación, si cafetera. Cosa que en todos los sitios que estuvimos nos dejaron, ya que no incuia desayuno. Y las almohadas no son cómodas.

I stayed in the Sloth cabin. My son and his wife stayed in one of the domes. 1. Its chilly up there overnight. As in 12-15°C. The sloth cabin had a small heater which didn't do much, but it was nice that it was included. Just know going in, its cold up there (high elevation). The bed was comfy, both rooms were nice. The shower in the dome had the water heater in the shower head and got quite warm. The location is excellent, very close to the Volcan Poas National Park.

While there is a coffee maker with reusable permanent filter in the rooms, there is no coffee. The shower in the sloth cabin was luke warm at best, not hot or even comfortable. Also, I thought the price was a little steep for what you got, not terribly overpriced, but up there.
