Hôtel chouette ! Très propre et literie confortable. Hôtel très calme. Proche du centre ville. Pas de parking mais un arrêt minute devant l'hôtel et des places un peu plus loin. Je recommande ++ ! Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Nous étions dans la chambre 2. Elle ne donne pas côté rue mais elle est perpendiculaire à la rue. Et beaucoup beaucoup de passages. La nuit plus calme. Mais dès 7h c'est reparti. Et les gens roulent vite. D'autres chambres ne donnent pas côté rue.

Cadre très agréable et personnels serviables , à l'écoute et compréhensifs .

Le wifi au deuxième étage saute de temps en temps. Attention cependant à ne pas faire trop de bruits , car les voisins ont tendances à se plaindre facilement .

Le confort, l’emplacement, la propreté

Pas d’accueil physique, cela peut marcher quand c’est bien organisé. Ce qui veut dire que le bon numéro de téléphone à appeler doit être donné aux clients, ou qu’il faut répondre via la messagerie booking en moins de 3h quand il y a une demande.

La sympathie de la concierge.

Pas de chauffage centrale, un chauffage d’appoint en solution sans modification de prix sur la location de la chambre. Pas de couette seulement une couverture type plaid. Pas de porte à la salle d’eau, seulement un rideau de douche pour séparer la chambre de l’espace toilette, salle d’eau (0 intimité). Pas de stationnement à proximité. Prise de lampe de chevet défectueuse (impossible de brancher un chargeur de téléphone) la deuxième seule autre prise de la chambre étant prise par le chauffage d’appoint il fallait choisir entre charger son téléphone ou se chauffer. Chambre très petite (taille non mentionnée sur l’annonce. Les photos sont trompeuses).
