Один из лучших отелей, в котором мы бывали! Дизайн номера и самого отеля - просто супер!!! Персонал прекрасный! Отметили Рождество отлично! Спасибо, ребята! Еда, наличие свежевыжатых соков, витаминов - прекрасно! Зимой было тепло. Вид из номера красивый!

Ich hatte das große Vergnügen, im Alpinjuwel in Saalbach-Hinterglemm zu übernachten, und kann nur sagen: Dieses Hotel ist eine absolute Wohlfühloase. Schon beim Betreten spürt man das besondere Ambiente – warm, stilvoll, hochwertig und trotzdem herrlich entspannt. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Der Kundenservice ist außergewöhnlich. Jede einzelne Person im Team war extrem freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu wirken. Man merkt, dass hier Menschen arbeiten, die ihren Beruf lieben und Gästen wirklich eine schöne Zeit bereiten möchten. Egal ob an der Rezeption, im Restaurant oder im Spa – überall wurde ich mit einem Lächeln empfangen und bestens betreut. Das gesamte Hotel strahlt eine Atmosphäre aus, in der man sich fallen lassen kann. Alles ist perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt, vom Design über die Sauberkeit bis hin zur Qualität der Ausstattung. Ich habe mich selten in einem Hotel so gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Für mich ganz klar: fünf Sterne und eine absolute Empfehlung. Ich freue mich jetzt schon auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt.

Das Alpin Juwel ist ein wunderschönes, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel. Die Angstelltern waren extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
