Breakfast very good, facilities very good

Dinner was a huge disappointment, chaotic if sat in the wrong part of the restaurant, kind of like being in a train station with everyone trying to get to the food stations. Cooking demonstrations looked good but in reality they were not cooking so much as preparing food, dishes which looked nice but didn’t taste great, the parts cooked were over cooked. The al a carte menus isn’t really a menu, more of a one option, the food ordered from this menus was overcooked and not edible on 2 occasions. First night after sampling most dishes, we mostly ate from the cheese board, Second night mostly ate pizza and salad after sampling the prepared dishes. We were so disappointed with dinner, we cancelled the last night of dinner in favour of eating in a restaurant outside of the hotel. after much persuasion the hotel did give us a small refund of the dinner we didn’t eat.

The stuff on the reception. It’s not giving the 4 star hotel service. Could be more kind and polite. Especially for that price! Just the guys in the restaurant were pretty nice.

The location is perfect, ski in, ski out and very close to ski school for the kids. Plenty for the kids to do. The added touch of the trampolines and the children’s area with arcade games and pool table was a great addition this year. Food is amazing!

fantastic location, wholistic wellness hotel

Unfortunately, we both developed gastro-enteritis on day 3 of our holiday, most likely from the buffet style bistro
