The staff of hotel and restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant was very good.

Communication through the booking app was difficult. Airporttransfer was not arranged beforehand (and we did ask for it and it was confirmed). Luckily the lady that was working that night arranged a taxi (that was even cheaper than the promised transfer).

Close to the airport, check in all night , great hospitality.

Terrible smell in the bathroom

The hotel is close to the subway station and the restaurant is very nice with a very friendly staff.

We booked two rooms and in both rooms, the sinks leaked. We also wanted to prolong our stay and asked about it during the check-in on the first day, the receptionist clearly stated that it wasn’t a problem. However, she forgot about it and we were notified in the very last minute that we had to move out. As a result, we had to pack everything for 10 minutes and we could hardly find another hotel afterwards.

The staff, food, location

The bathtub was broken and they didnt repair before guest check in. The blanket was a sheet of bed sheet, not a proper blanket. The floor was broken could injured the guest. The smell from bathroom was terrible.
