Blue Balcony Hotel

Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, the setting of the hotel is really nice, cleanliness and facilities in the room. Location was also great, and they do supply water for the day free of charge

Topmost - the internet wa really bad. We stayed in room 4, which is (I think) the farthest from the lobby, and reception of the wifi just didn't work. Even when it did, it had relapses. I don't think it's due to the internet supplier (could be another issue) - I think the team can install a reception multiplier. Other things - the door to the terrace needs better soundproof - sounds from the street are interrupting, and also - the shades (curtains) need to better - the run comes through in the morning, from 6 am and that troubled our sleep. Lastly, even though the historic setting is nice, the real entrance is a backward street and not super welcoming, and there are stairs to the lobby/rooms. If you have heavy luggage - it could be challenging.

Nothing. It would be great if there was breakfast there, but we knew beforehand it wasn't available

The room I had booked was tiny, with single bed, and compact ensuite. But it shared a huge deck with views of the Mother of Georgia statue and many other Tbilisi highlights. Due to my own logistical cock-up, I had to extend my stay by an extra night. I was quite happy to stay in my tiny room but it had been booked so I was upgraded to an much larger room with king bed, ensuite and one of the signature balconies on the other side of the hotel. The Blue Balcony (according to the friendly staff) is 300 years old and built on top of the acncient city walls. The location is great, with most of the main Old City churches, synagogues, mosques, museums, spas and the river less than a 20 minute walk away.

Прелестный небольшой отель. Удобно расположен, уютный, персонал вежливый и отзывчивый. В номерах есть всё, что необходимо. На балконах шум от дороги, но с этим ничего не поделаешь)

Прекрасное расположение отеля, ощущение старого города, что и хотелось, очень понравился балкон на котором приятно выпить чашечку кофе. Приятный и вежливый обслуживающий персонал, готовый помочь в любой ситуации. Спасибо работникам отеля за чудесно проведенное время!

Понравилось все, есть только маленькое неудобство: порожек в душевой кабине не задерживает воду и она протекает дальше.
