El Descanso

Endroit magnifique, bien situé. J’ai été super bien accueillie et j’ai reçu plein de conseils pour organiser mon séjour. Le petit déjeuner est parfait. Mais la cerise sur le gâteau, c’est le magnifique jardin où l’on peut observer une faune et une flore incroyables. Je recommande !!!

Sei que vai ficar para sempre na minha memórias os momentos de pequeno almoço no alojamento com vista para um jardim lindissimo repleto de colibris e outros passarinhos, duas guatusas e alguns esquilos. Este alojamento é muito especial e os donos fizeram um trabalho incrivel em realizar este projeto. Fica no centro de Mindo, os quartos são básicos mas confortáveis e acordamos a ouvir passarinhos. Pedimos serviço de e para o aeroporto e correu tudo na perfeição.

Such a haven! I couldn’t believe this place when I arrived. Having breakfast in front of hummingbirds, tanagers and motmots feeding in the garden was incredible. There are also agoutis too which are so cute. There are hammocks upstairs to relax too. The owner is incredibly friendly as well as the cleaners. Breakfast was very good. Good location. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were pristine. Reliable hot water. Such a great stay!

Super Frühstück mit tollem Ausblick auf den wunderschönen Garten, mit Futterstellen für die Kolibris und weitere Vögel. Es können auch noch andere Tiere beobachtet werden. Entspannung pur! Auch der Besitzer ist super freundlich und spricht sogar Deutsch.

Amazong place in Mindo with wonderful garden where you can observe colibris, birds and many other animals. Breakfast was delicious, room clean and comfortable. They clean up daily.

One window has bug net but cannot be closed. So mighty be a bit noisy.

El Descanso has the perfect veranda/patio setup for bird watching. It’s a beautiful setting the owner created himself over 20 years ago.

The aluminum roof top is very loud when it pours all night.

The birds were beautiful to sit and watch. The room was comfortable and big and the breakfast was delicious.
