We had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to book again. - Marcelo at the front desk was an amazing host. He readily helped us get settled in and made special exceptions in getting us early breakfast before we left due to an early flight. - Good location within walking distance to everything and 10 minutes from the airport - Clean and comfortable beds and shower - Ac worked great after a hot day out - Breakfast was nice and tasty - WiFi was strong and worked well

Amazing helpful welcome when I arrived early. I had messaged a few days before my arrival to see if I could store my luggage before the room was ready and when I got there they were expecting me and gave me great ideas of where to go and some suggestions for where to buy coffee to bring home. The suite with the terrace was perfect. The terrace was very comfortable, the WiFi worked well, the AC was good, the bed was very comfortable and the location was amazing. I couldn't figure out the TV but I am certain they would have helped if I asked. The public spaces were beautiful and I got a little tour of the property when I checked in. It was such a special helpful welcome I would expect of a luxury property. The location was great, only a few blocks from the central plaza and there were so many restaurants and shops within a few blocks. The coffee and breakfast in the semi outdoor restaurant was delicious and the service was excellent and quick but not rushed at all. It was only 10 minutes to the airport and it was very quiet at night.

Nothing, everything was amazing. I will stay here when I return to Costa Rica.
