Its location, only metres away from one of many paths in the forest. Cottage feel with all amenities available. An excellent hostess, very helpful and understanding

Straight into Sherwood pines with the bikes, beautiful log home, design and space is great. Very secure for the dog.

Would like it to be more affordable so I can go for longer but that’s just me

The location, the lodge , hot tub and local walks. Didn't have to use the car at all. Happy days. Liz met us and made us feel really welcome.

"It was a lovely active few days. The children did lots of cycling on traffic free tracks."

The location was perfect for us. There was very little traffic on the road and a very short walk and we were in the forest. Perfect for taking the children cycling on traffic free tracks. We all loved the hot tub.

It exceeded my expectations. There was nothing I did not like.

"Perfect, Quirky, Comfortable and Peacefull."

Beautiful clean lodge in a quiet picturesque location. Owner had thought of everything and gone above and beyond to ensure our stay was the best it could be. She was extremely friendly helpful and and encouraged an up to date stay with no problems. The lodge and it’s facilities are absolutely faultless and we will be re visiting yearly.
