Arranview Lochside Pods & Lodges all with private Hot-tubs

The property itself is stunning and the area surrounding is absolutely beautiful!

Nothing it really was perfect!

Place was beautiful, Scenic, Lodge was clean.

Hot tub supposed to clean 9.30 am in the morning. I was thinking to use the hot tub in the morning, Guy came in to clean 9.10 am. I thought to speak to the guy that time. But change my mind.

I Paid for a 2 bedroom lodge for my mum and friend they arrived to only the double bed being made up the room with the other room with single beds no bedding on. My mum was staying with a friend and wouldn't be sharing a bed hence paying for a 2 bedroom lodge, phoned owners about bedding someone did arrive with some bedding and handed it to my mum to make the bed up herself while making her uncomfortable saying comments like it wasn't worth it for them and it's costs them 22 pounds for the bedding as they hire it out! I'm sorry but I paid 281pounds for 1 overnight stay for my 66year old mum who is disabled and recovering from cancer, I certainly don't expect her to have to make up her own bed for the night the attitude is all wrong. If 281pounds isn't worth it then I don't know maybe take the silver spoon out your arse. As for 22pounds to hire bedding or for it to be cleaned, you can buy a brand new set in Asda for 10pounds save some money and don't need to wash just keep replacing. Also no where states that have to share a bed if only 2 that's ridiculous. Definitely won't be booking with these owners again. Shame nice place lovely lodge. Owners just need a reality check.
