Beautiful location, very peaceful, lovely views of the Solent. Room was very comfortable with all facilities you need.

Nothing - everything was great for me

Great location. Very quiet. Good view. A great escape experience. One of the bedrooms had french doors opening on to the terrace with a view of the Solent and the yachts.

The view is fantastic, parking is easy and it is close enough from everything you need. The hosts are kind and adorable.

Location was convenient for visiting places, and apart from the owners house being at the forefront of the view, a nice sea view.

Owner phoning demanding more money for the accommodation 2 days before our arrival, despite booking 3+ months in advance. She was aware, and had agreed to 5 people sharing the accommodation, at the time of booking and was not very kind at all, really putting a cloud over the holiday prior to our arrival. Lots of steps up to the accommodation, No oven/hob. A number of other places we have stayed have had one or the other, if not both. Found a book and wrapper on top of the mattress under a bed, obviously for a pull out bed, cobwebs all over the walls, particularly in the kitchenette area. Only 4 knifes/forks etc, so when used to serve food, they then had to be washed prior to being able to eat!

Our guest Paula and John are very kind. The location is amazing, in front of the Solent. A very pleasant pub near the lodge. Everything is really great.
