Casa la Ola

There were only three other guests in the hotel, so the staff was exceptionally attentive during our 4 night stay. Juan kept our coffee cups full and made delicious breakfasts. It’s just across the street from the beach, but far enough away to give us the peace and quiet we were seeking. The buzzier beach communities of Mazunte and Zipolite are close by, but if you’re looking for a more mellow vibe, this is the place.

Nothing. The location on the hillside offered spectacular views, but if you don’t like stairs, be forewarned that there are no elevators.

Great location - short walk to nice beach and just 5-10 minutes walk to Mazunte. Great view and could hear the waves crashing. Good pool to cool off in. Nice breakfast.

Some people may struggle with the steps and dislike the small bathroom with just a curtain, no door.

Instalaciones muy envejecidas. Presencia de hormigas y cucarachas.

La vista espectacular de la bahía y el diseño de la habitación. El desayuno estuvo muy rico y el personal amable y atento.

Es un hotel relativamente caro, si bien valió la pena.

Location is perfect and the sraff and facilities were amazing. Easy access to the beach and a quick walk to Mazunte for more dining or shopping options.

Nothing not to like.

It was accessible. With friendly and helpful staff and I liked that it wasn’t right on the beach but just a short walk from it

If you are older or have some walking difficulty it access to rooms and pool and dining area is though steep staircases

Todo fue perfecto. El personal muy amable y atento a nuestras peticiones, la habitación perfecta con una terraza con unas vistas preciosas. El aire acondicionado y la piscina ideales. Buen desayuno e instalaciones en un inmejorable lugar.
