You need to use a motorbike to go to other surf spots. Some of them are further away
AUBeautiful location and super friendly staff that were able to accomodate all of our additional needs. Breakfast was yummy, good food nearby like Billiards cafe, Cimaja square and Nurda’s. Pool table is a great bonus. Room also has a fridge, bottled water, and air-con. Best of all (and the reason for our trip) we had amazing, consistent waves just a short walk away! Arya’s was able to help us organise a fishing charter with an awesome local surf guru named Wandi!
We were given a different room then the one in the photos, however this was because we were in a large group and the room we were given was larger and more suitable for our needs. Pool table cues could be upgraded.

AUThe surf house is very close to the main surf spot of Cimaja beach, Less than 5 minutes walk. There are a couple of cafes and local warungs around for food and drink. The staff were lovely and so helpful and always smiling. We didn't use any of the surf equipment while we were there. The rooms were very spacious and are suitable for small families. They have a water dispenser and a small fridge inside of the rooms, which was very convenient for us.
There a few downside to the surf house however. There were lots of mosquitos in the room at night and we got bitten on both nights, we didn't manage to get a good night sleep on either nights due to this fact. Some of the other rooms we saw on Booking.com had mosquito nets, but ours didn't, maybe management need to install one in that room also. The second issue was the room was not properly insulated, which is quite understandable, it being a wooden structure. We were woken up by loud passing motorcycles in the middle of the night and early morning. I was surprised that we could hear noise from the road, as the accomodation is tucked away from the main road. The last issue we had was we were again woken up by prayers in the morning. There is a mosque in very close proximity of the surf house and they start prayers well before 5am. And because the house is not properly insulated, it felt like the prayers were right next door to us and was super loud. Another issue we had was with one of the bed covers on the main bed in the room, I am not sure if they changed it or not, but it stunk badly, the other ones were ok.
