IDthe bungalow is clean, wide room and bathroom and cozy, it consists 5 beds like the description. to get there you pass villagers area, which is fun and adventorous to me. the host is nice. i also meet foreigners there. AC and water heater do well.

GBThe mie goreng breakfast was really good! The weird sandwiches were very odd, but they stopped doing them after we asked.
Could have done with more atmosphere and additional amenities. They don't sell drinks, directly rent scooters, or provide any trips/local knowledge. It's a very good base for independent travelers/surfers. There is local 'fixer' who goes around the village who can get you anything you need.
