The property was quiet, had a great pond view and a walking path right off the back patio.

The tub and baseboards need a good cleaning.

Room was very spacious and for a great deal. Quiet environment and a nice view.

There was no balcony as we were on the first floor. Also, mystery stains were on the bed sheets and shower curtains. However, the worst part was the confusion getting checked in. Booking app doesn't have the right location in for the check in, so I put it into Google maps. Only for us to get there and have the lady tell us we need to check in at the Glacier Lodge which was NEVER specified... so we drive back and forth 10 minutes both ways just to get checked in before we could finally get the directions needed to get to our rooms.

Facilities were good, room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

We didn't realise this wasn't a hotel but more of a time share type thing. Had to check in somewhere other than the property itself (on the other side of town) which wasn't communicated to us. Then they wanted to give us a pitch to join the time share when we really just wanted to get to our room and settle in. The whole thing was awkward. Then we were charged for an extra night in the end and it took days of calling to get that settled and get the security deposit back. Felt a bit like a scam. Not worth the trouble, IMHO.
