Altis Val Vert

Wonder option for skiing in the 3 valleys. We will certainly be back! The food and staff were great - they even helped us when the ski hire shop was closed for three hours over lunch but we had to leave for the airport. The manager was kind enough to hold them and return them for us. Thank you so much!

The hotel is conveniently situated, and the staff were very helpful and friendly

The basic spa area was very busy at times, and some guests in there were noisy and inconsiderate although this was balanced by other very considerate users.

A quality hotel with some parking and just a few minutes walk to the telecabine connecting to Méribel. The room was quiet and comfortable- until 6.50am when the neighbour's doors start to bang. The sauna was a good way to relax after skiing. The main receptionist was friendly and well organised.

The restaurant staff were not very welcoming. On the first night I was told that I had no reservation. There was no explanation that a table was allocated and it changed every meal. At breakfast there was one occasion when all 3 staff were busy on their phones while we had run out of plates,cutlery,bread and scrambled egg. Breakfast is a busy time and staff need to focus on replenishing. It is a Salle a Manger - pas une salle a portables. Dining room not telephone room. Some of the guests show no courtesy or respect.
