"relaxing city escape from GDL"

We had reserved a room with a balcony but they mistakenly put us in a room with no windows whatsoever. When I returned to the front desk and showed them the reservation, the receptionist informed me there were no rooms left with balcony. I insisted they honour my reservation, so she called the manager and they changed our room to the suite with balcony at no extra cost. It was an excellent room with a balcony and lots of extra room (two beds, sofa, jacuzzi bath). Added bonus: there’s a cafe next to the hotel selling very popular delicious coffee, open at 7am.

The bed is quite hard and uncomfortable to sleep on
