לא אהבנו, ציפינו למשהו יותר מזמין לחופשה זוגית. היה מאכזב.

המיטה לא איכותית ולא נוחה, מצעים שמיכות ומקרר בחדר ריק, בלי ארוחת בוקר. רק לאחר שדרשנו, איפשרו לנו להפעיל את האח למרות שהיה קר, ועד עכשיו לא ברורה הסיבה מדוע נאמר לנו בהתחלה שאי אפשר להפעילו. אה, ואין מקלחת, זה רק הג'קוזי באמצע החדר, תסתדרו. ודלת השירותים זה במקרה הטוב פלטת עץ שנוסרה למידות הפתח, ללא אפשרות לנעול...

הצימר יפהפה וממש נוח ומתאים למשפחה עם שני ילדים. ממש כיף שאפשר להביא בעלי חיים. אל רום מקום מהמם נקי ושקט.

המצעים כמו גם המגבות לא הריחו טוב.. ממש מבאס. התקשרתי שיחליפו מצעים וגם המצעים החדשים היו באותו הריח. אין אור בשירותים. המטבח לא מצויד כפי שמצוין בהזמנה.
